Centrally located, close to the historic old city centre, easily walkable to restaurants/shops and the riverfront restaurants in the Albacin area. Bus/taxi to the Alhambra was easily located on the main road directly outside the hotel. Parking is c. 20 euros per night in a very small underground car park, but the staff will park it for you and bring it out of the garage when you need it. The rooftop pool is very small (we knew this from other reviews so it was expected), ok to have a very cold dip, but as you might expect, it can get very busy and many people struggled to find a sunlounger/chair so just be aware that you may not find anywhere to sit mid-afternoon as everyone wants to cool off after sightseeing later in the day! Would stay again if we visited Granada. We didn't pay for breakfast, as we prefer to eat at local cafes and there are lots nearby the hotel. Staff were welcoming. St Germain bar immediately opposite was great - full of locals and the tapas was excellent with a great choice of music playing. A hidden gem which we were pleased to find!

The most beautiful room fits for a princess. Here's why: wall was decorated with the sultan's arts; awesome panoramic view of the streets was covered with lots of sheer curtains; bathroom was sooo bright and sooo clean (LUV it). LOCATION is perfect. 5 minutes walk to the town center and 5- 20 minutes to the Alhambra, bath house/massages, and a bunch of fine moms and pops restaurants. sooo SAFE, sooo LIVELY, ans sooo affordable. Be daring and go outside the town square for dinning. Lunch and dinner are much better and really affordable. Do buy breakfast at the hotel. The price is so cheap and the selection of food is amazing. You will not find anything like it outside, so BUY breakfast at the hotel. My compliments to the interior decorators, the chefs, the staff, and the owner (s) of this hotel.

We spent a couple of days in Granada during our tour of Andalucía and this hotel was absolutely the best. Everything was great: the location, very close to the old town, surrounded by all the services and the bus stop (a good way to get to the Alhambra); the parking, all managed by the staff, who were always very professional and ready to help; our room was the most comfortable with beautiful modern decor; the rooftop pool was the icing on the cake, even though it was a bit small and with only a few sunbeds, we were able to spend a couple of hours relaxing there with a nice view of the city.

We reserved a "family suite", and it came with our very own personal playground. I was pleasantly shocked! So amazing!! Our family suite was able to be right next to my parent's room. The staff was very accommodating, especially because I know my parents are very difficult, and they really tried to accommodate them as much as possible. Location amazing, rooms were cool, and the breakfast buffet was extra but well worth the $12 dollars, especially with kids!

Jessica

Great location for shops, cathedral, bus to Alhambra (use C30 bus its direct to Alhambra) modern comfortable room, nice continental breakfast, lovely staff, bonus of a pool on the roof (although very small maximum capacity 6 person!) Also on the roof 8 sunbeds, and a couple of tables with chairs, we stayed 3 nights and found only the first day we had an issue getting a sunbed in the afternoon. Comfy beds, if you like the firm european mattress.
